The Smithsonian presents an excellent compilation of primary source statements made by participants of the March on Washington which occurred on August 28, 1963 as a part of the nonviolent activism in the Civil Rights Movement. This site provides several video clips of individuals remembering the event and their roles in the movement. It also presents an excellent overall description of the event. This is an excellent collection to recommend to civil rights enthusiasts.
